4. Data retention

Your personal data are only retained by GALPANI for the time that corresponds to the purpose of the collection, as mentioned in point 2 above.

A/ order data
GALPANI keeps your personal data for the duration of your order processing. However, GALPANI reserves the right to retain your personal data for a period of three (3) years at the end of your order, for commercial prospecting purposes, and provided that you have not exercised your right of objection.
In addition, GALPANI will retain an intermediate archives for a maximum period of ten (10) years of the personal data related to your orders, in order to meet its legal obligations of conservation, and to defend its rights in case of litigation.
