Shipping policy

 

Delivery between 3-10 business days depending on the item.

You will be notified as soon as your order is ready to ship. You can check the status of your order on the Colissimo or DHL website, using your tracking number.  

We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Although we use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time period, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer service team will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

We deliver to many countries worldwide:

Free shipping to metropolitan France.
Free shipping to the European Union over €450.

€15 in European Union
€20 outside the European Union and in non Metropolitan France
€40 in the US, Canada, China, South Korea, Japan, Singapour, Thailand, Israel
€55 Rest of the world

Customs Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

Please note: Refused deliveries due to unpaid customs fees will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund policy

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at bonjour@lagalpa.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Please keep in mind that as we work with a pre-order system, we have almost no stocks and may not be able to send you another item in a different size. Make sure to carefully review the size chart before making your purchase. Of course, we remain at your disposal for any sizes information, please contact us at bonjour@lagalpa.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The return of the Products is covered by us if you are in one of the following countries:

Metropolitan France, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Italy, Ireland, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Swiss

The return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer and is done at his own risk if the place of Delivery is not in the aforementioned countries.
